long time roller coaster fan!
So, can someone enlighten me here as to what's going on? I'm on the edge of my seat with the release of this game, i pre purchased the game back in December. Not much is posted as far as December with any release notes or anything but beta testing on Steam. Help?

Currently we are all waiting for preview 2. The game has been delayed from its original planned release date (December 10) to Early 2016 and thus the date for the next beta/preview has also been delayed.
If you pre-order the game, you will gain access to the next preview/beta. Basically, when you pre-order, the game gets added to your Steam inventory so that when the beta is activated, your Steam client will automatically download the files and you'll be able to play for a period of time.
