Control Booth (1st person Ride Operator)

This is something I'm sure thousands (if not millions) would love to do. To be able to click a flat ride, click the control button and be able to press keys on your keyboard to open/close the harnesses, lower/raise platforms, rotate the ride and control the strobe lights etc... All this with real-time physics. But when the user stops controlling the ride, it resumes with the default animations, as if someone else is controlling it.

Even if this isn't a possible feature by default, at least give us the possibility to add mods to be able to do this.

I hate being annoying but READ the "Please read before starting a read". You need to use the search tool before starting a thread. About 15 threads already talk about this.

YES. This is something I've ALWAYS wanted in an RCT game..!!!!! Even if it were in a future update it would DEFINITELY make me play the game for even more years to come. This may have to wait for an expansion pack but I think it's definitely worthwhile for Atari to do this.

Great idea! This could even be a DLC at a later stage. I don't see it being added in time for release but would love this at some stage!

It would be nice to be able to control our Flat Ride.

For exemple, depending on the ride, controling the speed, the number of inversion, be able to control the ride manually, like for real.

Like being the operator. Like having a Operator mode...



In addition, It would be nice to be able to set some cycle of ride.

For exemple :

Cycle 1 : 7 inversions at speed 15mph
Cycle 2 : 15 inversion and the 7th inversion the ride stop head down...

Be able to do what we want with the ride manually!


If this is not going to be in the game, in hope in the futur someone will make a realistic theme park game like that

This is probably the best idea I've seen. It's funny that I've never thought to do it, even though I've been using other sims like NoLimits for ages. Great idea, and I highly recommend that the devs consider this.

Yes! This is a must for the future of rct3! Especially for coasters, but it just makes so much more sense to have this as a feature! It works in Nolimits 2 and in Nolimits fairground (now nonexistent) and it sucks that you can't have people ride them! PLEASE add this. Also, check out FunFair Ride Simulator 3 on the App Store for iPhone and android. They made it work there and I'd love to see that on a PC game!
