Looking for a new game to play while we wait for this one. Is there any other roller coaster sims out there that are good besides RCT? I know Parkitect is looking promising but that isnt out yet.

Theme Park Studio. It's available on Steam, but it's still work in progress.
Coaster Park Tycoon is looking like the most viable alternative. Frontier, the developer behind RCT3, is currently working on it.
I wouldn't call the graphics of Parkitect terrible, they aren't revolutionary, but they do offer what appears to be the mechanics of an evolved RCT1/2 with a 3D world while still staying in the RCT1/2 vein. At least they support their community and seem to value honesty.
What ? It looks like it could rival RCT 2 graphics upon completion. It looks great for isometric.
Theme Park Studio looks interesting. I might actually give that a try this weekend.
Other than that, can't go wrong with the old RCT games and NoLimits.
I'm waiting to see what Frontier will be offering with Coaster Park Tycoon.
I am looking forward to see what Frontier will be doing. Hopefully it will be great.
I haven't given up on RCTW though. There is still hope.
