These popped up on a google search I did looking for extra info so I thought I'd share them with you. I know the cover art was revealed weeks ago on Amazon and then again last week by Matt but I thought you'd like to see the box art

Yeah fairly new if you haven't seen it before but it was shown off in the recent dev blog the box art...

No not necessarily. Wouldn't be the first box art that is just for show. However I doubt they'd only release a AAA game via digital distribution. (We're not quite there yet. Maybe in a few years they might though.

i really want them to release a retail disc copy because i don't have steam and i would really just like to buy the disc and not have to make a steam account JUST so i can play this game

With PC Games now you have to make a steam account and Roller Coaster Tycoon World will be on steam.

This. RCTW is most likely a Steam game so you won't be able to play it if you don't have Steam account.
You can still buy the physical copy and during installation process you'll just activate the game in Steam. You'll end up launching and playing it via Steam.

Creating Steam account is easy and there's nothing to be worried about. Once you get into Steam, you'll really like it.

Follow those links to create an account and install Steam. Might be a good idea to get used to it before RCTW is released.

whatever. i guess i'm gonna be forced to make a stupid steam account than. it better be easy. i didn't think we would be moving to digital only comuter games so quickly.
