Rct locks up on iPad

Last night it tried to start a new park. Then made me pick which park, I wanted on the server. Then was ok. Today it's locks up on the iPad before loading. Rebooted ipad. Same problem. Will deleting it off ipad and reinstalling cure it or will I lose my park?

If your account is linked to GameCenter please try reinstalling the game. Once you have reinstalled the game it will ask you if you want to keep the new game or load the old game. Please select the option to load the old game if you want to continue with the level you had.

Thanks. I reloaded from the game center backup but I still get a single bar on the loading progress bar. Any other ideas?
