    I cannot retrieve my backed up game. Please help.

    Dear RCT Technical Support,

    I am using iPhone 6 64GB and recently downloaded RCT4 to play.
    I have playing this game for around 1 week or so and getting up to level 45 i think.

    As the park is getting bigger and bigger, I experienced lags and hangs.
    A few hours around, I experienced hangs when I try to load the game every time even I re-booted the iPhone.

    Then I decided to delete and re-install the game as I thought there was something wrong with the game.
    When I load the game again, I thought the game was saved under my iCloud so that's why I decided to delete and re-install the game.

    But now, I have to start all over again from level 1.
    I played for so long to get to my level 45 and the game just wanted to hang and restarted my game.

    Is there anyway that you want retrieve my level back?
    I really want to continue to play this game as it's very fun but it's just lag and hang a few times a day now.

    I would like to advise you to send a support ticket at http://support.atari.com/. For better assistance, please provide them with the following information:

    • Which device is affected (model/type)
    • Operating system of the device
    • Tycoon Code (found in the friends section)
    • Version of the game that you are running

    I have a similar question, I have lost 2 games now. When trying to switch to a dufferent device it ask if I want to keep the current game or start over. No matter which I choose I lose my game.
    Surely the creator has a back door for us to recover our games????
    If it's iCloud that has it, I sure can't find it.
    Please help!!

    Ok is this some kind of joke? I've been spending money and playing along. I have over 500000 coins tons of tickets and have purchased all the attractions restaurants coasters and expanded dozens of times and now the park has disappeared and only thing I keep getting told is submit a ticket... But it won't let me submit a ticket. This is not acceptable. [email protected]
