Achievements completed not showing

I've completed several goals, they disappeared from my goals list but don't show up as a completed achievement. Although my 40 tickets for my missing performance stage were replaced, I do not want to use another 40 tickets on a performance stage just incase the goal comes up again. Can this problem be corrected? These are the achievements that I am 100% that they came up and i completed them yet didn't show my achievement list.
These were around the first few days that I started the game:
Fancy Sheets
Reach for the Sky
More Vacancy
Strong as Steel
I believe theses were on January 25:
Freefalling
Rockin'Veiw
Soothing Bush
These were around the same time the frisbees attraction goal came up:
Inventions!
Up and Down we Fly
There were two more that I am not sure about because i just stopped checking if they were showing up but I had read the list so many times. I thought that "Take Me Higher" might have although I don't remember anymore.

where do you go to find a list of your achievements??? i've never been able to find them.
