Hi nicole,
With the nature of Early Access sometimes updates make saves unusable and any saves will be unusable after the game leaves early access anyway (very soon if rumours are to believed)
For uploading your logs I would recommend uploading it to a file sharing service such as dropbox along with the save files and log it in the bug tracker with the links so the devs can have a look at it
Unfortunately due the update I also could't load my parks anymore, keep in mind that coming Wednesday none of your previous save file will continue to work.
