Same here. Before the update I was able to play with highest settings pretty fluently (around 25fps). After the update I can't even load a savegame (park with 1 tile size and about 1500 peeps) with the lowest possible settings! The game just freezes after load.

    Intel Core i5-4670K
    32GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 10 and game on SSD
    AMD Radeon R9 280 3GB GDDR5

    Yes,
I have the Same problem with my computer...

I think the biggest Problem at the moment is that they develope the graphics higher but they do nothing for the performance...
They should first fix the performance problem and then they can do the graphics and more features...

    The games minimum requirements are:

GPU: GeForce GTX 460 or AMD equivalent
CPU: 2.3 Ghz Core i5 or AMD equivalent
    RAM: 4GB

These will likely change on final release.

Your APU isn't powerful enough for this game, the GTX 460's AMD equivalent is a Radeon HD 6850. Your notebook is not even meeting minimum requirements. Maybe time to invest in a Desktop?
