Sorry that this happened to your park.
Can post your PC specs please?
And what resolution you were using?

    Thank you

Well here we go, I'm using a laptop at the moment soooooo:

    Win10 x64
    CPU: Amd A10-5745M
    RAM: 12GB
GPU: Amd Radeon HD 8610G and AMD R7 M260
    Res: 1366 * 768

I'm using a 1TB ssd so read and write isn't any problem

i know a laptop and a10-5745M and a HD8610G is bad but it manages to run all games i own like fallout4 etc.it could even run your competitor.
I still play RCTW and i don't complain about its state, I just want to help getting rid of the bugs. Keep up the good work.

Did you toggle between full screen / windowed mode (using ALT+Enter) when you were playing?
I know pressing ALT+Enter when in a map causes it to flood.

Here is a link to that bug report:

No i did not do that .... if you look at the way my water moved and the way the water moved while alt-endering out you'll see that those are too different ways. The bug hasn't accrued on any other save So i think I can say it's Fixed (?!) .

It's been a long while we didn't see that one happen.
    I'm pretty sure it's fixed.
If you ever see it again, then I'll reopen the ticket
