    Hello, I also pre-ordered and want a refund now. I have sent a request to Digital River and have yet to hear from them.

    If there is a process to get a refund through Atari, I'd like to take it, otherwise, I'm filing a charge back when I lose faith that Atari wants to resolve this amicably in a timely manner which to me means three (3) business days from the point which I notified Digital River (1/31/16).

    I've been trying to get my pre-order for RCTW refunded since December. My ticket was sent to escalations like 2 months ago and I haven't heard back. No replies from customer service with multiple follow up tickets. Ticket number YON-456-80486.

    I have requested a refund/cancellation of my RCT:W order. I have opened a support ticket with Atari back in early January but (and has since been escalated). It's been about 3 weeks and the order is still not cancelled.

    When the game updated I lost my park!!! I saw that others had this problem and I tried to contact Atari support through the link you posted but it wouldn't accept my information. I saw this is what you asked to be provided. Can you help me or forward this to Atari support? Thank you.
