RCT3 Platinum Download from Amazon

I recently downloaded RCT3 Platinum from Amazon and I want to download custom content. When I go to look for the folder to put the custom content in, the folder isn't there or empty. Is this because I downloaded it off of Amazon or is there something I'm not doing right?

You should go to the Folder where you installed it not the download folder ^^
