Game slow to move or place objects and frequently freezes.

I have a Galaxy Note 3 and a Galaxy Tab 3 and the game worked perfectly until i hit level 64, then everything started running slow.

Placing an object takes 2 to 3 minutes and constantly calls out for WAIT - REPORT or OK.
I cant expand my park or even place queue lines or paths with the system running this slow.

Help.
