View Full Version : Lost data/coins/tickets and now it's freezing up! What's next?😡

The start of this was back in July when I hit around level 34. The moment I finished building a monorail and passenger train for my peeps to get around my park is when this began. I que'ed three roller coasters up for construction that I bought with tickets, and then bought a casino to start building. With all those set up for construction, I decided to close the game out, and wait awhile to go back in to collect my coins.
A couple hours pass and I know it's time to go back in for coins at this point, so I turn the game back on. All of a sudden there is a pop-up window saying, "Would you like to reload your park? Your account has another park saved on the server. [level 3?, last played 07/??/15". Well, I certainly didn't know which to push, the "Yes Replace", or No, Keep". So, my first reaction was, "Well, replace whatever you think is there, that shouldn't be, and give me my park back!"

So, it replaced just like I told it to do. To my horror, all three coasters are gone to include the land I had to buy for them, both mono-rail, and train, the casino, and last, but certainly not least, all those tickets I spent.....gone.... all of it, poof! But, oh I had coins to collect! As if I hadn't collected a single one from two hours prior! I almost did two things I knew I would've regretted afterwords. The first being my tablet across the room into the wall, and the second not playing this again.

If I'm quitting a game, it won't be this way, it will be via boredom. As for my tablet, it didn't cause your game to lose bowel control, now did it? So, I trudged on, and started to pick the pieces back up. Ever so slowly, knowing that every single time that window pops up and asks that dreaded question, "Yes, Replace" "Keep Current", that the answer is the latter and not the former!

This continues for several months just fine, until I'm doing my daily ticket treats, and apparently hit the persons park option instead of the ticket. Oh boy..... Wonder what's going to happen when I say to go home? Hey!, it didn't even ask me that dreaded question its been asking me now for months! Maybe it fixed itself!............ That was asking too much, way too much! By that point, I had reached level 73, I had every single carbon coaster that there was a print for, every single steel coaster, every single wood coaster, plus, at least 10 more carbons that I was constantly giving out the blueprints for, I was up to two casinos, I had all the hotels and all were upgraded, all my rides were upgraded, I had double the rides on all the coin rides, I had bought several rides that were the ticket ones, and still had them upgraded, I had fourty snack shops, and remember earlier when I had said "Replace" before? You guessed it! I lost all of those custom coasters I built, all tickets I spent or had. I lost every coaster I bought from that replace time in July to September 30! Every single extra snack shop I purchased, the casinoes....again!

Well, guess what, I'm trudging through it yet again. Call me thick headed, obtuse, just don't call me late! Is it back to where it was the last time? Not yet, but it's getting there. I've still got some coasters to replace, some rides to replace, and about fourteen snack shops to go. Right now, aside from this constant "Keep Current" crappa, the game is freezing just about every two minutes and randomly kicks me out of the game all together where I need to then reboot the game all over. Each time, hoping it pops up with that disgusting window, "Replace, Keep".

Now...before anyone replies with the following line.......

"I would like to advise you to send a support ticket at http://support.atari.com/. For better assistance, please provide them with the following information:"

Been there, done that, and the web site is as user friendly as brushing teeth on a gator! Went so far as to make an account and each time I try to submit the ticket, it gets kicked back and no confirmation at all. Even if you are logged in, as soon as you go to the support section, you are no longer logged in. So, since the support on Atari can't help, can anyone here help me?

I'm really wondering if you had fully, or even partially read what I posted. I clearly stated that I've tried several times trying to make a ticket to report this, however the support site is a joke! I actually used the words, "as user friendly as brushing teeth on a gator!". However, if you had taken the time to actually read my post, you would have caught that. What I need to know, is when are you going to fix your support page, so we CAN submit our problems in order to obtain a ticket number

I can't get to make a tricket numbers. Something is wrong soi can't make a report ?????
