I pre-ordered the other day for this.
I didn't bother with the deluxe DLC as I'll get that later, and didn't bother with ultimate as I own the other 3 RCT games on disc.

Can't wait until tomorrow!

But... it'll be like 7PM for me... the beta should be at 0:00 until 11/2/15 11:59:59

As its a beta they may only release the parts they want testing (rather than the whole game with locked out parts) so the actually download could be a lot less than 3gb.
