No Brazil Flag

I reinstalled and it is still not there. I'm on a Samsung Tablet and using Google Plus.

I am also on the World Championship goal and cannot find the Brazil flag. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it still is not coming up. That is the last flag I need to buy in order to complete this goal. Please fix this!!!
