Whenever placing areas for food, drink, souvenir and utility buildings I've got a habit of enclosing them inside a building and making stairways to other levels, placing different floors for different themes. It works really well because if it starts raining and a guest doesn't have an umbrella they have to go inside the building to buy one, but once they're in there they won't have to buy one because they're dry in there. All the time it's raining they're walking around buying food and drink, maybe even going onto the odd ride which has it's queue beginning at the top of the building. I find this makes more money than selling umbrellas!

Anybody else do this? I'm currently in the stage of making a new scenario so will eventually get round to posting a screenshot of some of my refreshment building designs :)
