A big aspect of multiplayer games nowadays includes purchasing a premium currency to then spend in-game. I guess it's down to opinion as to whether these are good or bad, but there's no denying micro transactions are a huge money maker. League of Legends has made (or almost made) a billion dollars out of micro transactions (source (http://www.pcgamer.com/league-of-legends-has-made-almost-1-billion-in-microtransactions/)) and the highest grossing apps on the Apple Store are all free to play games which feature micro transactions to speed up gameplay.

Now it could be argued that they're not needed in RCTW because it won't be a F2P game (as far as I'm aware), but regardless of that, if they're included they'll make money.

What I'm worried about is that if they ARE included that the game would become a Pay-to-WIN game where you really have to buy the premium currency/items to stand and hope in progressing through the game.

Does anybody know if micro transactions are something that are being included or are being considered? What's your opinion on whether they should be included or not?

There are no micro-transactions in the game, they said this in the game info they released.

Aha, fantastic. Do you have a link to this info? I've been looking around the forums and from what I gather it's recently set up so there isn't as much info as there will be closer to the game release.
