Buildings missing

For the third time now, I purchased businesses, food stand decorations and even received items from advertising with planes. All have disappeared along with my money! I've purchased the Shuttle 3 X!!! Come on!

Remimburse me please! Why is the game wiping out? Can it be repaired? I've even noticed, some buildings I've moved around, come back the next day and it's back where it was the day before! Over and over again.
