Help it states that my park is on the server but it will not load. It goes to the new park screen. Help!!!!lost park.

I have a kindle fire HDX. Apparently there was an upgrade. Initially it worked fine but then crashed while playing and now nothing. Very disappointed.

Same thing just happened to me!!!! Kindle fire HDX as well! But I visited a neighbor's park and when I hit the home button it brought me to the beginning park. Super frustrating. I hope we find a solution! Keep you updated!

My park has disappeared as well and it starts from scratch so I can't see my old tycoon code.. so frustrating! I'm at level 59 and have put a lot of effort and money into my park. Please fix asap.. thank you

When the game updated I lost my lol 60 park!!!

I tried to contact Atari, but no matter how many times I tried it wouldn't accept my information to send the request

My park is gone too
i had a park on ipad and a park on my iphone
I wanted to have Them separate. I used some money on my park at my ipad. And suddenly because i was offered 100 Buzz on my iphone if i watched a video. Then my game on my ipad disappered ???? And instead the game on my iphone was on my ipad
i really Want my park back. The one from my ipad.
What to do ?
I dont remember the name ? Maybe awesome or fantastico ( i dont have the app anymore, because i was so angry !!!!)
and i dont remember the level. I Think it was about 28. I remember, what it loopede like and what was in it

park disappeared on March 11, 2016. I was on world map going to second park, which is Hayden's Fun Park. When attempting to go back to main park, Cilla's dream park disappeared and Hayden's fun park is listed twice.

•Did you reinstall the game before the issue occurred? Yes, and when it asked me if I wanted to replace or load my old one it just kept going with the tutorial and didn't load my old one. Every time I try to contact atari it tells my the information that I put in is wrong.

I just really want my park back. I don't want to start over from scratch. Please help me
