How to increase park value?

Hello all.

I've been playing RCT2 for years now. While I manage quite well at getting a certain number of guests in the park, building a certain number of roller coasters, etc., I'm at a loss as to how you increase park value. It seems like it increases temporarily, and then plummets. Any suggestions?

Park value is the basically what your park is worth. The easiest way to increase this would be a sweet mega coaster to raise it.
