I purchased tickets but they did not get added to my account

this afternoon i purchased 450 tickets for $24.99 and they were never added to my account. i did recieve an email saying the treansaction went through.

the order number was:
12999763169054705758.1309514610580071

the time was
1/23/15 at 5:42pm

would someone please help.
