Why no answers from devs/mods?

I try it one more time.
Just some simple questions:

1- Why can I only send 5 tickets a day to all my friends?
I have now over 100 friends who send me every day a ticket.

And even more important why/how can some friends, wont give there names, send me 5 tickets on a row every day again?
When I send a ticket to a friend I can't send a 2nd ticket, so how is this possible???

2- Atari plz answer this question, because I have more then enough tickets now and I really want to SEND more tickets to my friends.

Because the mod team is next to non-existant and Atari have moved funding on to other projects

mod.. how can you not know why? it says, right in the game, 5 per day.. Andre's question is, why not MORE ??
