Annoying placement of finance panel

When opening the finances panel the x to close appears behind the rotate buttons in the default position.
See the attached screenshot - this is on Android version on Samsung Galaxy Tab A - works fine on my phone7004

It never happened to me. But you can move windows

This will vary on your devices' screensize, and as you can move windows isn't really a major issue. If it defaulted further to the left it would then impact on the other information windows.
