Scenario: Diamond Heights Objective

Hey everybody, I just have a quick question about the Diamond Heights Scenario. First off, I know many of you have completed this already with no problem but it is really hard for me.
Objective: Achieve a park value of at least $300,00
This seems like a really high park value although some of you have achieved it.
Do you guys have any tips for me to get this in detail? Thank you! =)

Even with pre build coaster it's really difficult to achieve this objective.

My tip is to edit the terrain to have more place fore more rides.
But even playing like that, with tons of coasters and no place left, I won with only 307.000 $

Yeah others have completed it (not me)
I do agree it is ridiculously hard and needs changing
