This is the second roller coaster I've built in RCTW. The first was the Jurassic Park Ride ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YAdYVHomcw ).

This ride is a 10-minute Hollywood Backlot Tour that uses video to help tell the story. The video (and audio) were both added in post production. Everything else was done in game with the extensive use of User Generated Content by a ton of different authors.

I want to give a special shoutout to Irate Walnut. In order for me to add video to the ride, I needed someone to create for me a billboard that was all pink/purple. I would then replace the color with video in post production. I posted a request in the User Generated Content section and in less than a day Irate Walnut had created the billboard for me. That's why you see a pink/purple billboard in the Steam Workshop. :)

Here's a link to the ride. It is best viewed in HD. I hope you enjoy it!

Edit 7/25: Changed ride URL to reflect new and improved ride in which I switched out one of the movie clips, added new sound effects, and hired someone to narrate the entire ride.

Hey! That was pretty fun! Great idea.

Just a note: I had to change the video because of the "Colors of the Wind" song. Whenever I have to reedit an already finished project, I decide to make it better. So in this case, the Pocahontas clip was replaced with a Steamboat Willie clip in order to show the "progress of animation" during that part of the ride. I then hired a professional narrator to completely revoice the ride as I didn't like my original narration. I then went and added some additional sound effects (swaying ship at Pirates of the Caribbean, Kraken monster, etc.). As this is considered a replacement for the original video, I soon will be deleting that video. Until then, here is a link to the new and improved ride:

(note: I have also edited the original post to reflect this change)
