So I have a question. There are tons of free models online for anybody to use and I was wondering, is it against rules to import these free models into Roller Coaster Tycoon World?

It depends on the license attached to the free models. If the creator of the model says (either via a license attached to the model or via asking for permission directly) that you can use it in RCTW, you can do it. Otherwise, doing so is a copyright violation.

IANAL/TINLA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IANAL): Also, if the license (like a Creative Commons license (https://creativecommons.org/choose/), frequently used on free open-source 3D content) says you can use it any way you like, then you're allowed to use it in RCTW. If it says non-commercial use only, that means you don't sell it or anything you make with it -- you can still use it in RCTW even though that's a commercial app. If it requires attribution, you can use it in RCTW if you put up a little UGC sign on it or next to it that says who made it.

ty i was wondering about the non commercial,i think its just good practice and respect to put the creators name in anyways.I will always put who created the model as long as i have the name of that person
