Serial number - game activated too often

Hi!
In 2013 I bought RCT3 Deluxe Edition on atari-store.de.
Since then I had new installations of the OS and last year I bought a new computer. Today I wanted to play RCT3 again. The activation failed because he said that the game has been activated too often.
Atari-store seems to have changed and I can´t login anymore to see if I can do something there so I have to ask you for help here. What information can I send you (how?) so that I can activate the game again?
