Is there a way i can make a new sound effect library to use in the game, i am a sound designer would it be a great project for me to do (even better if i could add sounds to the original distribution, i am not fond of the sound design in it already) Oh by the way is the audio team only one guy? in the credits it seems that way.

I hope someone else responds as to how you can do it. There's like no audio at all in the game. I prefer some decent background music to say the least and the rides only have what, like 4 themed songs? and you have to zoom in a bit to even hear them. I want some interchanging tunes for the background noise, pref electronic music =) Do that and Ill love you

Attach an Audio Source to a UGC item in Unity, something simple like a cube would suffice. Documentation on Audio Sources: http://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/AudioSource.html

For some reason the audio won't interact in 3D space, so it will be at a constant volume no matter where you are in the park.
